The Young Salons (ages 7–14)
Monthly, small, and mixed in age. Conversation, presence, the reading of a room: we teach what is rarely said, but always noticed.
The Young Circle
Legacy is not inherited. It is prepared.
Every family leaves two inheritances. Only one of them is money.
A private preparation in stewardship for the children of members.
The Stewardship Thread
Not a separate academy. Each term carries a single question of responsibility, money, giving, a decision rightly made, woven through the salons themselves, not added to them.
The Mentorship Guild (ages 15–18)
The flagship. Each young woman is matched with a mentor, a member, or a member’s child, for a monthly session, two days of shadowing a year, and a quarterly gathering of the whole guild. A small first intake, in London. Enrolment begins at fifteen; names may be entered earlier.
Nothing here is sold to the child. It is prepared, quietly, alongside the salons and the mentors already known to the house, so that what a family has built can be carried, not simply left.
The Young Circle is prepared for the children of members alone.
